MedLabTech Academy designs and delivers online and blended CPD programs for phlebotomists, medical laboratory technicians and technologists, internationally educated professionals, and other healthcare providers.

Microbiologist & ISO 15189 Clinical Laboratory Assessor
President, MedLabTech Academy
Oday has over a decade of experience in clinical laboratories and health education in Canada and abroad. He has taught phlebotomy, microbiology, biochemistry, medical terminology, and clinical procedures at multiple Canadian colleges and serves as a certified phlebotomy instructor (CPTG-CPI). As an ISO 15189 clinical laboratory assessor, he designs programs that reflect real quality and accreditation requirements, not just textbook knowledge.
