MedLabTech Academy Academic Refund Policy
Scope:
This policy
applies to purchases of MedLabTech Academy digital courses only. (Separate terms may govern hands-on workshops or other services.)
Eligibility
& Timeline
- Full refund (100%) — Refund requests submitted within 72 hours of the purchase time are eligible for a full refund.
- Partial refund (50%) — Refund requests submitted after the initial 72 hours and up to the next 10 days (i.e., from 72 hours after purchase through 13 days after purchase, inclusive) are eligible for a 50% refund.
- No refunds — After 13 days from the purchase time, refunds are not available. Students may, however, request an extension of course access instead of a refund.
How to Request a Refund:
Email-only requests: Refund requests are accepted only via email. We do not accept or process refund requests by phone calls, SMS/text, WhatsApp, social media DMs, chat messages, or in-person conversations.
Send an email to our support team (see your enrollment confirmation for the correct address) including: 1) your full name, 2) order number, and 3) the course title. If approved, course access will be revoked and your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by bank or card issuer.
Additional Terms
· Refund requests must be made by email; requests made via phone or messaging channels will not be processed.
· MedLabTech Academy reserves the right to decline or reverse refunds in cases of misuse or policy abuse.
· Fees charged by third-party payment providers (if any) may be outside our control.
· This policy is subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
