Refund Policy

MedLabTech Academy Academic Refund Policy

1) Scope

This policy applies to purchases made through MedLabTech Academy for:

  • MedLabTech Academy digital courses (created and delivered by MedLabTech Academy), and
  • Licensed third-party digital courses offered through MedLabTech Academy (including courses licensed via LearnWorlds Course Hub).

Separate terms may apply to hands-on workshops, in-person courses, and other services.

2) MedLabTech Academy Digital Courses (Original Content)

Eligibility & Timeline

  • Full Refund (100%) — Refund requests submitted within 72 hours of the purchase time are eligible for a full refund, provided no more than 25% of the course content has been accessed.
  • Partial Refund (50%) — Refund requests submitted after 72 hours and up to 13 days from the purchase time are eligible for a 50% refund, provided no more than 25% of the course content has been accessed.
  • No Refunds After 13 Days — Refunds are not available after 13 days from the purchase time. Students may request an extension of course access instead of a refund.

Additional Conditions

  • Refund eligibility is subject to system-tracked course access data.
  • Refunds may be declined in cases of significant course completion, misuse, excessive downloading, or policy abuse.
  • This policy is subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

3) Licensed / Third-Party Digital Courses (Including LearnWorlds Course Hub)

Some courses offered in our catalogue include licensed educational content from third-party publishers (for example, courses made available through LearnWorlds Course Hub). Because these courses involve licensing obligations and access controls, they follow different refund terms:

Eligibility & Timeline

  • Cancellation / full refund (100%) within 2 hours — Refund requests submitted within 2 hours of purchase may be eligible for a full refund, provided course access has not been materially used.
  • After 2 hours — Refunds are not guaranteed and may be restricted due to third-party licensing requirements. Where applicable, consumer protection laws require a refund, MedLabTech Academy will comply.

Important: Licensed courses are provided for access and learning through the MedLabTech Academy platform, and the underlying content is licensed (not sold) from third-party publishers.

4) How to Request a Refund

Email-only requests: Refund requests are accepted only via email. We do not accept or process refund requests by phone calls, SMS/text, WhatsApp, social media DMs, chat messages, or in-person conversations.

Please email our support team (see your enrollment confirmation for the correct address) and include:

  1. Your full name
  2. Order number
  3. Course title

If approved, course access will be revoked, and the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by bank or card issuer.

5) Additional Terms

  • Requests must be made by email; requests made via phone or messaging channels will not be processed.
  • MedLabTech Academy reserves the right to decline or reverse refunds in cases of misuse or policy abuse.
  • Fees charged by third-party payment providers (if any) may be outside our control.
  • This policy is subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
