MedLabTech Academy Complaints Policy
Each of our students at MedLabTech Academy is important to us, and we believe you have the right to fair, swift and courteous service.
We assist students in resolving issues regarding registering for courses or non-exam-related concerns and promote a positive experience.
The Academy operates a complaints procedure for MedLabTech Academy qualifications. Once we receive your formal complaint, we will deal with it promptly, effectively, and positively. MedLabTech Academy will do its best to resolve formal student complaints relating to academic and non-academic issues within 20 working days or less.
Occasionally, the process may take longer, significantly if the complaint advances to senior managers of the Academy.
Records of students’ complaints will be retained for three years. No student will be mistreated, criticized, or retaliated against for cooperatively using this procedure.

Next
steps
- Please provide us with your
contact details (address, email address and telephone number), specific
details of the complaint and any supporting evidence you may have or any
previous attempts to resolve your complaint.
- MedlabTech Academy will deal
with your complaint. We will acknowledge your complaint within three
working days and endeavour to send a final response to you within 20
working days of the date you raised it with us. If we cannot provide you
with a final response within this time frame, we will send you an update
explaining why and advise when you can expect a final response.
